Delete your Midas account

You can delete your Midas account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two routes.

In the app — immediate

Open My Account → Settings → Delete account, confirm, and the account is removed straight away. This is the fastest route and needs nothing from us.

By email — if you no longer have the app

Write to support@easykrd.com from the email address the account uses, with the subject Delete my Midas account. We verify the request comes from that address and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually far sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, password hash, phone number and profile image.
• Every push notification token registered to your devices.
• Your saved franchises, your inquiries, and your support messages.

What is not

• Agency listings you published stay visible, and ownership passes to the administrators. They are business records other users rely on, and removing them would break the directory for everyone else. If you want a listing taken down as well, say so in your request and we will remove it.
• Records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons, where any apply, are retained for as long as the law requires and for nothing else.

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery period and no way to restore an account afterwards.
